Hi, i was wondering about your prices on tattoos. Modified Designs was recommended to me by a friend that has recently came to you. I turn 18 on the 20th of this month and planned on visiting on the 26th of this month. since it was a drive for me I was wondering if i could email the picture of the tattoo to get an estimate on the price?
