We have a standard level that some artist have a hard time dealing with. All artist must be clean in appearance, polite to customers, and a relaxed, easy to get a long with type of person. We will not tolerate rock stars, thugs, or assholes in general, no matter how good you are. We require BBP and CPR certification as well.

We already have a large client base in the town we are opening in. They currently drive over an hour to our Sherman location so we are opening a smaller version of the Sherman shop in their town, which we will disclose in an email only as of now. We will be heavily advertising the new shop before the opening date.

It’s busy season and that means making an appointment is more important than usual. On the weekends walk ins usually have to wait an hour or more due to the volume of clients. But hey…when your good people wait, right? But if you don’t want to wait then please come in and put down a deposit to hold your spot on the day you want and you won’t be waiting at all.

Jeremy Witherspoon is down from Joplin Missouri where he owns Freaky Tiki Tattoo. He was planning on a two week stay but just may be spending the summer with us in Texoma, laying down sick ink all summer long. He loves realism and can handle anything you throw at him. Don’t miss your chance for some out of state ink with out the drive.

Mike is now looking to advance his piercing skills and start doing industrials, daiths, rooks, septums, tongues, etc… He’s become a very efficient piercer with his current line up and just needs to practice different placements. If your willing he will do it for just the cost of jewelry and I (Rickey) will be on hand to assist.

I have been branching out and doing more and more realism. Lots of in progress pieces currently going on (viewable on facebook) and more coming soon. Currently I’m itching to do a few specific pieces, such as Charles Manson portrait, Hunter S. Thompson portrait, some sick over the top floral pieces, and possibly some horror film portraits. First of all Tattoo Bob has joined the MD Crew. He’s still rocking out the old school and just flat out refusing to retire, but that’s why we love him!

Yesterday Big Ray & Julie, Texoma’s famous husband and wife duo moved their equipment in and joined the crew as well. They start working today, Friday the 30th, and would love for everyone that knows them to come by and say hi, and for everyone that doesn’t to come by and meet them. They will be added to the website very soon.

Jeremy Witherspoon, an artist from Joplin, Mo that is laying out some amazing ink, even color portraits, will be guest spotting two weeks at a time, once a month for the rest of the summer. Come get tattooed by some fresh blood to this area, come winter your chance is over.
